IMPORTANT: ALL ACCEPTED INTERAC E-TRANSFERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By sending an Interac e-Transfer to Soul Peptides, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Once your e-Transfer has been accepted/deposited by Soul Peptides, your order CANNOT be cancelled, refunded, or reimbursed — even if your order has not yet been shipped.

Please carefully review your order, products, quantities, shipping information, and total amount before sending your e-Transfer.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.

This policy helps us protect the integrity, safety, and quality of the products we distribute.

Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• An incorrect item
• An incomplete order

Please contact Soul Peptides within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

After reviewing the request, Soul Peptides may, when appropriate, offer:

• A replacement product, or
• Store credit

Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible.

Order Cancellations

An order may only be cancelled BEFORE the Interac e-Transfer has been accepted/deposited by Soul Peptides.

Once the e-Transfer has been accepted, the transaction is final and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether the order has shipped.

Refunds

Refunds may only be considered when an eligible order cancellation is requested before the customer's Interac e-Transfer has been accepted/deposited.

No refund or reimbursement will be issued after an Interac e-Transfer has been accepted.

If a refund is approved before payment has been accepted, any applicable processing timeline or method will be communicated to the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
