1. How Do I Reconstitute My Peptide?
Most peptides arrive lyophilized (in powder form) and require reconstitution before use. Because the amount of BAC Water varies by product and vial size, always refer to the specific Soul Peptides Cheat Sheet for your product. Step-by-step reconstitution videos are also available in our Telegram educational library.
2. Why Did My Peptide Arrive as a Powder? Is This Normal?
Yes our peptides are supplied in lyophilized form and are not shipped pre-mixed. They must be properly reconstituted before use.
3. Are BAC Water and Syringes Included With My Order?
No. BAC Water and U-100 insulin syringes are sold separately. Both can be purchased directly from Soul Peptides.
4. How Much BAC Water Do I Add & How Many Units Do I Use?
This depends on the peptide, vial size and desired concentration. Our individual Cheat Sheets provide reconstitution information, resulting concentrations and U-100 syringe conversions where applicable. We do not provide individualized medical protocols.
5. Where Can I Find the Cheat Sheets & Reconstitution Videos?
Our educational resources are available through the Soul Peptides Collective on Telegram. You’ll find French and English Cheat Sheets, reconstitution videos, syringe information, storage information and product education.
6. How Should I Store My Peptides?
Storage depends on whether the product is still lyophilized or has already been reconstituted. Always follow the storage information provided on the individual product Cheat Sheet. Keep products protected from excessive heat and direct light.
7. Can I Take Multiple Peptides at the Same Time?
Different peptides have different purposes and safety considerations. Starting several new products simultaneously also makes it difficult to determine how your body responds to each one. Our Cheat Sheets cover each product individually; Soul Peptides does not provide personalized stacking protocols or guarantee compatibility between products.
8. Can I Mix Multiple Peptides in the Same Syringe?
Do not assume that two peptides are compatible simply because both are injectable. Soul Peptides does not currently provide an official same-syringe compatibility chart. Unless validated compatibility and stability information is available, products should be prepared according to their individual instructions.
9. Do Peptides Need to Arrive Cold?
Our lyophilized products do not need to arrive refrigerated. Temperature and storage considerations change once certain products have been reconstituted, so refer to the specific Cheat Sheet for your product.
10. Do You Provide COAs / Third-Party Laboratory Testing?
Yes. Third-party laboratory analyses are available for our tested products. If you would like to see the COA for a specific product before ordering, contact us and we’ll provide the corresponding laboratory report when available.
11. How Long Does It Take for My Order to Ship?
Please allow approximately2–5 business days for processing. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email and will also be available through the Shop app when applicable. Weekends and holidays may extend processing or carrier transit times.
12. How Do I Pay for My Order?
Canadian orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer. International payment options are paid via PAYPAL. Payment instructions are provided during the ordering process.
13. My NAD⁺ has crystals in it—is this normal?
NAD⁺ may occasionally form crystals or a precipitate after reconstitution. This can be influenced by temperature, concentration, and storage conditions and does not automatically mean that the product is contaminated.
If crystals appear, allow the vial to gradually come to room temperature and gently swirl it. Do not shake vigorously or apply direct heat.
After reconstitution, store refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and protect from direct light.
