Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of all compounds we distribute.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• The wrong item
• An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue

Our team will review the request and may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A store credit

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before shipment
• Product confirmed lost during shipping
• Item unavailable after purchase

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
